Serving By the Strength God Supplies
At Covenant Grace, we believe that every Christian has been uniquely gifted by the Holy Spirit to contribute positively to the work of Christ’s Church, (I Cor. 12:7). We encourage everyone who calls Covenant Grace home to not only receive the ministries of our body, but also to joyfully contribute to the blessing of others.
Below you will find a list of our current ministry teams, including both Sunday ministry teams and non-Sunday ministry teams. As you prayerfully consider where God may be calling you to serve, please review the brief descriptions provided for each team while comparing the goals of the team to the unique gifts God has (or has not) given to you. No one person is fit for every team, and sometimes the teams we most desire to serve on may not have current openings or needs. We hope that all who apply to serve will be marked by a heart of humility, adaptability, and willingness to serve however is needed for the glory of God, (Matt. 23:11).

Sunday Teams
•Welcome Team
This team exists to welcome those who are newer to our church into the fellowship of our community by seeking to provide friendly engagement and helpful clarity about the various aspects of our ministries.
•Covenant Kids (Sunday mornings & afternoons)
This team exists to lovingly disciple the children of our church toward a flourishing relationship with Jesus Christ by faithfully teaching them the Word of God in an age-appropriate way.
Covenant Elementary (Sunday afternoons)
This team exists to lovingly disciple the children of our church toward a flourishing relationship with Jesus Christ by faithfully teaching them the Word of God in an age-appropriate way.
•Audio & Video Team
This team exists to provide technological support for our sound and video, thereby bolstering both the effectiveness and reach of the ministry of our Sunday worship services.
•Communion Preparation Team
This team exists to bless and minister to our congregation by preparing the elements of the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of every month.
Other Teams:
•Covenant Youth
This team exists to lovingly disciple the middle and high school students of our church toward a flourishing relationship with Jesus Christ by faithfully teaching them the Word of God and providing opportunities for meaningful fellowship with their peers.
•Hospitality Team
This team exists to provide gestures of love and support in the form of meals (and other helps) during unique times of need within the family life of the various members of our church.
•Property Team
This team exists to care for and maintain our property in order to provide the most conducive atmosphere to faithful and successful ministry for Christ’s glory.
•Finance Team
This team exists to oversee and maintain the financial aspects of our church by providing careful and diligent accounting for the use of God’s resources throughout the life of our ministry.
